Quest (IT)(IT)
@_____questBorn in Italy in 1992, Marco Maranza relocated to London where he immersed himself in the underground — working at cult East London record shop Vinyl Pimp before emerging as one of the most compelling selectors in the game. A low-profile yet highly influential figure, Quest has carved a distinctive path through the electronic scene with a sound defined by tension, depth and precision. Founder of La Nota Del Diablo, his vision reflects a fascination for darker tonalities and emotional dissonance, translating into selections that move across techno, electro, EBM and beyond with a refined, genre-defying approach. A dedicated digger, he pulls forgotten records from years gone by and presents them in a whole new context — tunes you won't recognise and likely will never hear again. From Italy to London, Berlin and now Barcelona, his journey has taken him through some of the most respected spaces in the world. A Houghton, Dekmantel and Dimensions favourite. This is a master selector at full power.
