3. Gate Scanner App

The No Way Back Gate Scanner app is used exclusively by authorised staff at No Way Back Events to scan and validate tickets at the door. The app:

• Accesses the device camera solely to scan QR codes on tickets
• Does not store any camera footage or images
• Reads ticket data from our secure database to verify validity
• Records check-in status and time in our Airtable database
• Is not available to the general public — only authorised event staff

4. How We Use Your Information

• To process ticket purchases and send confirmation emails with your QR code
• To verify ticket validity and manage event entry
• To contact you about the event you have purchased tickets for
• To send occasional marketing communications about future events (you may opt out at any time)
• To comply with legal obligations

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Ticket and attendee data is stored in Airtable. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
