1. Ticket Sales & Refund Policy

• • All ticket sales are final. No Way Back Events does not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
• • In the event that No Way Back cancels an event, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket face value. Booking fees are non-refundable in all circumstances. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
• • If an event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• • If an event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date. Refunds are not available for postponements.
• • Tickets cannot be transferred to another person. The ticket must match the purchaser's name as recorded at checkout.
• • Duplicate or fraudulent tickets will be voided at the door with no compensation.

2. Age Requirement

• • All No Way Back Events are strictly 18+ (eighteen years and over).
• • Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Accepted forms: Australian driver licence, Australian passport, or international passport.
• • Entry will be refused to anyone who cannot produce valid ID, regardless of whether a ticket has been purchased. No refund will be issued in this circumstance.

3. Entry & Management Rights

• • Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person at their absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• • Persons found to be intoxicated, disorderly, or in breach of venue rules will be removed from the premises. No refund will be issued.
• • Re-entry is not permitted once you have exited the venue, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the night.
• • Patrons are subject to the venue's terms and conditions in addition to these terms.

4. Event Changes

• • Lineups are subject to change without notice. Artist changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
• • Start times, set times, and running order may vary on the night.
• • No Way Back Events reserves the right to alter or substitute any aspect of an event programme.

5. Payments & Data

• • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. No Way Back Events does not store your card details.
• • Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data: stripe.com/au/privacy.
• • Your name and email address are collected for ticket delivery and event administration purposes only.
• • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to operate the event (e.g. door staff access to ticket list).

6. Liability

• • No Way Back Events and Recordeon Pty Ltd accept no liability for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at events, except where required by law.
• • Patrons attend events at their own risk.
• • Photography and video recording may be conducted at events. Attendance constitutes consent to appear in promotional material.
